Leasehold living: be a considerate neighbour

We know we’re lucky to live here, but any block needs some basic rules. They’re contained in the lease of each flat and breaking them could start a costly legal process. That’s why we also publish the documents that you can view from this website. Some key basics: you can’t run a business from a Tavistock Court flat, and that includes AirBnB and similar short-term letting. Any letting needs to be registered with the managing agents. Alterations need a special licence. And please remember that disturbing neighbours with noise or other nuisance, especially late at night, can be a breach of those legal terms in your lease.
